Join us for an evening of poetry featuring Brian Mosher, Miriam O’Neal, and Anita Oulette. Each poet will share 10 minutes of their work with a Q/A and signing to follow.
Meet the Poets:
Brian Mosher currently resides in Mansfield, MA. He has self-published 3 books: One Bad Day Deserves Another (short stories) and Moon Shine and Lemon Twists (poetry), both in 2016; and The Broken Mosaic (poetry and prose), in 2021. All available through Amazon. His poetry chapbook, Dreams and Other Magic (2023) is published by Alien Buddha Press. His work has appeared in Nixes Mate, eMerge, Books and Pieces, Confetti, Rituals (from Anomaly Poetry), Coneflower Cafe, Written Tales, Oddball Magazine, Esoterica Magazine, Half and One Magazine and Verse Wrights. Miriam O’Neal is the current Poet Laureate for Plymouth, MA. Her collections include The Half-Said Things (Nixes Mate, 2022), The Body Dialogues (Lily Poetry Review Books, 2020), and We Start With What We’re Given (Kelsay Books, 2018). She has published in The Waxed Lemon, North Dakota Quarterly, Blackbird Journal, and elsewhere. She was named a Finalist in Verdant Journal’s 2024 Poetry Prize Competition and is a 2024 Pushcart Prize nominee. Her fourth, After the Fire in the works. She hosts the monthly reading series, Poetry the Art of Words in Plymouth, MA.
Anita Oulette is a prize-winning poet whose poems have appeared in a variety of anthologies and literary journals. Poems in her current collection Evading Estrangement look for the balance that we all seek as we live on our earth with our histories, our families, and our spiritual connections. She is a retired speech/language pathologist whose long years of work also inform her poetry.
